After trying a few different realtors I decided to go with Quen, she was prepared, professional, suggested homes in accordance with my preference rather than just sending me the entire MLS, gave me honest feedback about homes I selected, and wasn't pushy or try to talk me into  anything. Quen made buying a house so easy and saved us a lot of money. She is easily the best communicator I have encountered in real estate. She sent regular listings, updated to our preference and price range, suggested alternate areas to explore, and when she was unavailable in person due to being out of  state, Quen made sure that we were taken care of by a colleague and still checked in periodically. During the sale, she negotiated a considerably lower price on the home without ruffling anyone's feathers.
