After trying a few different realtors I decided to go with Quen, she was prepared, professional, suggested homes in accordance with my preference rather than just sending me the entire MLS, gave me honest feedback about homes I selected, and wasn't pushy or try to talk me into anything. After finding a place, she was very fast and efficient with her negotiation and final offer, all in all we were able to get the place I wanted at a great price. Quen was actually the realtor on a house we went to look at and after talking with her, we asked if she would be our realtor. Quen represented my landlords at my previous condo and while I loved the place, if it wasn’t for her great sales job I most likely would have leased somewhere else. Quen went out of her way to help me view the property after a last minute request on a Sunday which really stuck out to me. When I applied she helped me through each step of the application process and helped me understand each detail of my lease. After I moved in she could have moved on to another client but instead she kept me informed on the different events and happenings in my new neighborhood. Quen made buying a house so easy and saved us a lot of money. She is easily the best communicator I have encountered in real estate. She sent regular listings, updated to our preference and price range, suggested alternate areas to explore, and when she was unavailable in person due to being out of state, Quen made sure that we were taken care of by a colleague and still checked in periodically. During the sale, she negotiated a considerably lower price on the home without ruffling anyone's feathers. After the sale, she sent wonderfully relevant emails regarding tax and appraisal information that have saved us thousands of dollars.
