This policy explains what information I collect when you use quenwilliams.com, my free tools, and my paid products, and what I do with it. “I” and “me” mean Quen Williams.

What I collect

What you give me. Your name and email when you join my email list or sign up for a free tool. Your answers when you use a tool like Grant Match, such as your state, your buying timeline, and the credit range you pick. Anything you send me in an email or a form.

What you buy. When you buy a product, my payment processor handles your payment. I see your name, your email, and what you bought. I never see or store your full card number.

What your browser sends. Like most websites, this one collects basic usage data. That includes the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and your general location. This happens through cookies and similar tools from the services that run this site.

How I use it

To send you what you asked for. To show you results in my tools. To deliver products you buy and keep them up to date. To send you my emails, which you can leave at any time. To see what is working on the site and make it better.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information.

I share it only with the services that help me run this business. That includes my website host, my email platform, my payment processor, and the platforms that host my tools. They can use your information only to provide those services to me.

I may also share information if the law requires it.

Your answers in my tools

My tools use your answers to match you with programs and show you results. I do not send your answers to lenders, agents, or program administrators unless you ask me to connect you with someone.
